Always being seen in a timely matter. Even though I have been through all the test for a few years now they always explain everything they will be doing.
Getting past the front desk is usually an issue but once we get back to the technicians things seem to follow in sequence and workers they should seeing all the technicians and then the doctor, Dr Xu is real friendly easy to talk to answers all questions very knowledgeable keeps me informed on how things are working
I am very happy with the support I received. I highly recommend this group to anyone who has retina issues, Their service is outstanding and their compassion is unmatched.
