Dr. Stone is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is very willing to work with you to achieve your health goals, and gives practical solutions that work for you. I would highly recommend her.
I have been seeing Dr. Stone for many years, and I’ve never had to wait more than 30 minutes, which is the norm for most MDs. I do have problems with the way this clinic is providing care. My sister and brother go to Froedert/MCW which operates on the team approach. Their team includes a MD, PA,NP and a medical assistant. Depending on the issue, they might see any one of them. Why doesn’t Ascension take this approach?
Dr. Lucy was 45 minutes late for my appointment. She spent ten minutes with me looking like she was talking to the wall, hearing but not listening, and just ordered a referral - which for a lot of physicians is basically passing the patient off to someone else so they don’t have to take responsibility. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but that is no excuse, and the lack of professionalism was dense. After only two visits, I dropped her as my PMD.
