Lucy was very kind and gentle with my skin. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin so a gentle esthetician is important to me. I've only seen her once so I'm not sure how effective the acne facials are so far. Depending on how my skin progresses I may up this to 5 stars! Update: My skin has been looking great and Lucy is always gentle and adjusts my facial based on what my skin needs that day. Hoping to see continued improvement in my skin!
