What a pleasant experience! I needed a custom designed funeral arrangement but, unfortunately, only had a day before the service to order it. Lucy's worked with me over the phone (I'm a state aways) to produced an arrangement with all the elements I needed PLUS it was more beautiful than I ever imagined.
