Lucy was amazing to work with. My wife and I worked with her for the past six months and just closed on a great house! Lucy was very fast to respond, extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain things to us, and just a lot of fun to be around when we were touring houses. She is also very honest and will not push you at all to buy a house unless it is right for you. She also tag teams with her brother Rich sometimes, and he was also a pleasure to work with.
