I arrived at my appointment for a flu shot, when there the staff told me the doctor withheld a flu shot from me until I had a physical with her, even though I was scheduled to see he for one the following week. This appointment her office scheduled. She refused preventative medicine to healthy young adult with health insurance in an unethical attempt to squeeze extra money and visits out of patients. I have never heard of a more corrupt policy. A complete waste of my time. I would never see this physician.
I Wish I could take away the one star. She’s horrible and so is her staff. So apparently if you miss a appointment then she won’t see you anymore. Her staff is rude (Bethany) and will get an attitude with you regarding appointments. I’ve never heard of a doctor rejecting you for not showing up for an appointment. I’m glad I couldn’t see her because I don’t want to give her my time or money after that. No compassion.
Made several appts with ZocDoc that they cancelled at the last minute. They will not accept these appts, so don't even bother. Office staff are very rude and obviously you don't matter to them. I will be going elsewhere
Made appt w/ Zocdoc app, went to get directions accidentally cancelled appt called before going to appt and was told I was still on the schedule, I get there and they wouldn't see me, the girl @ check-in was very rude!!!
