I’m over this salon. The customer service is poor. All technicians do a quick and sloppy job. All I ever get on my Mani/Pedi is French Gel. My nails are always either breaking from the way they remove gel polish, or they try to send me out with uneven hideous French lines, and argue that they’re even. Lucy Lu Nail Salon is top-tier! The space is clean, relaxing, and the staff is incredibly skilled and friendly. My nails came out flawless, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Always double books or forgets to book your appointment properly. Not of the techs are good with tips here.
