I was recommended by a friend to check out this salon and she was right! It's not a fancy salon at all, but it's homey and kind. I walked into my 4 pm appt a bit earlier and right away I was greeted by the owner's daughter at the front desk. Immediately she apologized and explained there was a hair coloring situation with a customer and it's pushing all appts back. I’m over this salon. The customer service is poor. All technicians do a quick and sloppy job. All I ever get on my Mani/Pedi is French Gel. My nails are always either breaking from the way they remove gel polish, or they try to send me out with uneven hideous French lines, and argue that they’re even. The French base color is always changing even when I ask for the same number polish. I am tired of being ignored and not taken care of despite the fact I’m a repeat customer who tips really well.
