Our 98 year old mom has been residing in LCACC for almost two years and she only has nice words to say about the staff caring for the residents. What we (daughters) noticed since mom's been there she has been well looked after. Mom goes to exercise every morning, plays mahjong (no money involved) and many other activities catered for the elderly.
