We make everything from scratch. We don't own a deep fryer or a microwave. Our servers are trained to treat the restaurant as their own. We create craft cocktails and offer a sophisticated wine list. One of our specialties is the Braised Lamb Shank. It takes 25-30 minutes to prepare, but well worth the wait.
