About this business
We want to provide you with a more formal dining experience, but in a casual setting. We are a high energy "trattoria" establishment. The value is in the food and not the linens. We make everything from scratch. We don't own a deep fryer or a microwave. Our servers are trained to treat the restaurant as their own. We create craft cocktails and offer a sophisticated wine list. One of our specialties is the Braised Lamb Shank. It takes 25-30 minutes to prepare, but well worth the wait.

We had a fantastic meal!! Mussels, Rigatoni & Sacchetti were PHENOMENAL!! Great atmosphere and service! Will definitely go back when I'm in the area!! Thanks for making my trip to Chesterton memorable!!:)
I now make Chesterton a rest stop on my trips between Maryland and central Wisconsin because of this restaurant. Consistently Great food and friendly bartenders and patrons make this place so enjoyable.
With all the wonderful dining opportunites we have in northwest IN, this remains at the top of the list making the entire experience 5 star. The caprese salad is AMAZING and cannot be replicated... I have tried. The staff attend to you every need and consistently go above and beyond. In good weather when sitting outside, you almost think you are in a little village in Italy. Bravo!
This place is fabulous. The best tiramisu ever!!!!
