As a fellow healthcare professional of Memorial Hermann I am very disappointed. Dr. Sta Ana made me feel unheard. She asked me about 3 questions regarding my chief complaint, and when I tried to go into detail and explain she would cut me off. I brought in my results from a previous colonoscopy, as well as photos of my underlying issue, and she didn’t even try to look at them or hear what I had to say. Arrogant , overbooked, & clueless. Worst doctor experience, TO DATE. Do not waste your time & money. Don't believe the Review Rating , that is only 11 people but she supposedly has YEARS of experience ?? Deleting bad reviews is false advertising. Smh
