Had a wonderful experience at the Lotus Salon lately,Prassana did a wonderful job with my haircut and for my nails Trupti and Radhika put lot of efforts,really appreciate them,staff is really nice and kind,Thankyou
I had visited this for haircut and experienced following things: 1. Staff was highly unprofessional and careless 2. Staff was continuously in fun mood and too much talking, laughing between them, when requested to focus on haircut carefully, staff got hyper and literally chopped my hairs in 3-4 mins. 3. Did not even care about final check and finishing of haircut. 4. Completely unhappy with the treatment and service. 5. Had an amazing experience at this salon! My eyebrows were shaped perfectly and the haircut turned out absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Super happy with the results—highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

Worst haircut experience at Lotus Salon & Spa. The lady cutting my hair was arrogant, didn’t listen to anything I asked for, and clearly had no idea what they were doing—not even at a basic barber level. Actually she is not even a barber. I ended up with disappointed. No professionalism, no care. Would not recommend.
