Good family run shops with food and gourmet supplies, it's a high crime area though, I walked through here late one night and came across a couple of muggers loitering in a parking lot, saw them from a distance and recognized the threat, then found a couple of drunk college kids passed out by the fountain. Fun place. College kids everywhere. Some are too young to be drinking. Food places are not bad. Shopping is good. It's more the very casual atmosphere.
