We've had our belongings here for over 20 years. No problems, everything's still in good condition, thank you.
We have been using this storage until since 2022. Coming from the east coast my biggest adjustment is that there are not climate controlled or storage units treated for rodents and bugs. We are not in our storage unit often. Just for seasonal stuff and when I need to grab stuff. I went to my unit and I had black widows the size of a half dollar with spider webs all over my unit.
