I paid 20$ and tipped 15$ to get prob the worst car wash I’ve ever seen cup holders weren’t vacuumed seats weren’t even wiped down what a joke. This place used to be good. Not anymore. I could of done a better job doing it my self.
Came in on a Sunday and needed my interior cleaned. They don’t usually do this on Sunday’s but took amazing care of me and my family. Thanks!!
Worst place to take your car to, zero customer service.
I have a CRV. Been there many times. Had always been happy w the outcome. Today.i got home an the back hadn't been vacuumed. I callec and was told it was extra. I told him it had always been vacuumed in the past. For a $22 I think it should have been vacuumed like it had been in the past. They lost a long time customer.
I purchased a remote car starter for my 2004 Acura TL through Groupon, & had it installed about a week ago. I also had my car washed at the same time. The car looked great when I picked it up, both inside & out. Although an issue developed after the remote starter was installed, Peter, the manager, made sure that it was resolved properly & that I was completely satisfied. Nestor was also very helpful. I appreciate the level of customer service I received, & I will be back.
