My 12 yr old Mountaineer was starting to show some rust - some very obvious and some not so visible - just yet. In talking to the garage owner where I have all mechanical work done on our three cars, he recommented Lucky's. I got an estimate from Lucky's and two other nearby competitors. From the time I walked in the door, I felt comfortable with the experience. I was given several options from which to pick as to what could be done and the cost of each i.e., using OEM parts versus after market parts, replacing body parts or bumping them, how much painting to blend with adjacent parts, etc. I felt that I was in control of the process as compared to other shops who simply told me what THEY wanted to do. Lucky's customer service, quality and competent work, as well as timeliness is second to none! I've had them do work on three different cars (teenagers) to repair major and minor body and electrical work and I have been satisfied 100%. And thats not easy. They recently repaired my power window, and to my pleasant surprise, even though there was no body work requested, my car was detailed! Unbelievable!! Thanks guys and gal:) I won't go anywhere else. My accident was not a great experience, but working with Lucky's Collision was great. From the moment Andy wrote my estimate, throughout the repairs, to the day I picked up my keys, I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. The communication was excellent and my car was repaired quickly. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out. This is the third time I have had a vehicle repaired at Lucky's and have always been pleased with their efficient service. I never hesitate to recommend Lucky's Collision!

Fixed my driver side door even though they were busy-did the job on time and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and have done so.
