RecommendedI'm so happy I found this place! My dog can be very shy in new places and around new people, but seemed very comfortable here. Everyone was so sweet and friendly, and the environment was clean, calm and relaxing. I love that they don't keep the dogs in kennels before/after their baths, instead there is a small play yard for them to hang out in. They even let my dog relax behind the front desk with them after his bath. Great service and individualized attention for the pups! I will definitely be back!

The staff at Lucky’s is wonderful. They do everything they can to make the experience enjoyable (or at least not terrifying) for your pup! I have a 7-lb poodle mix rescue, who can be very difficult- high anxiety, lots of barking, never willing to sit still, very attached to me- and they not only do a fantastic job with her VERY curly hair, they patiently work with her to make it happen. By the time I pick her up, she’s squeaky clean and happily playing with the other dogs!
I highly recommend this place. They do a wonderful job with my precious granddoggie Monkey and she is always very happy when I pick her up.
My Bullies love it here especially my Pooks she luvs looking in the window from the outside she gets so excited she loves her day care dose not matter if she is the only doggie their she just loves this place
My Yorkie Wally loves Lucky's! He typically dreads the groomer and doggie day care, coming home shivering and traumatized every time. This is not the case with Lucky's. He's happy and calm when I pick him up. The staff is always very friendly and the pricing is reasonable, especially for Santa Monica. Love it!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My wife dropped off our dog to get him groomed and was told that the cost would be $55. When I went to pick up my dog the price was suddenly $70 without notification. Not even a text or quick message to say there was any reason to increase the price. I told the owner I did not want to pay so much more because we were not notified ahead of time. She would not budge. BAD BAD BAD Then when my wife called later to find out why the huge difference in price the owner said "...don't come back" WTF??!! What k... read more

You should be reported for neglect for your poor dog. I only hope you take better care of him. 8 months since you had him groomed. I felt so bad for your dog that can't speak. Shame on you.
