Ordered a steel bumper for a 2011 Range Rover. Bumper arrived quickly and in good condition. The fog lights were shipped from the manufacturer and took a little longer. Models after 2009 have a big gap between the bumper and the headlight, so I had a local metal shop fabricate a piece to cover it. Service was great and they were very responsive. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online!! On June 7th, I placed an order for a set of chrome mirror caps for a L322 Range Rover. Lucky8's description used the OE Land Rover accessory part#, so I assumed I was getting new old stock or OE quality parts. To my disappointment, when my order arrived I received cheap knock offs that where held on by 3M tape. Having waited for a few months, I have now received the replacement transfer case.
Advertised product was in stock, paid for expedited shipping. 5 days later, reach out for an update - product not in stock and long- winded explanation on why they still don't the part yet. Directed to 3rd party site (shop app?) for tracking. Canceled order. Easy to find an honest outlet who will ship parts without delays/excuses. Not impressed. Do better. Continued.
