My experience is similar to others. They are crooks.
The Gap-diagnosis II G4 doe not work and they don't accept returns. I have a 23 Defender and asked before my purchase i this will disable the start stop seatbelt chime and allow me to program a new key. They responded days later saying they wanted to check and confirmed it worked for my intended use. after i received the item nothing works the only setting that appears to work is some high beam setting. This is a scam and they don't take it back.
