I recently used Lucky 7 Transportation, and I just want to say their service was absolutely amazing. I prefer to stay anonymous, but I felt they truly deserved this appreciation. I was traveling with two young children and needed both an infant seat and a toddler seat. On top of that, my flight was delayed from 9 PM to around 1 AM, which made things even more stressful. I booked a round trip ride between Oakland airport and Monterey for my family. Pradham was responsive, punctual, friendly, and maintained great communication from booking through confirmation shortly before our travel dates. Adding a front-facing toddler's car seat was easy to arrange. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My family and I were very happy with this outstanding service. Highly recommend.
We had such a wonderful experience with Lucky 7 Transportation! Very reliable and great communication! Padam was very friendly and helpful. Peace of mind knowing they always were tracking our flights and texting to let us know. No extra charges if flights were delayed or cancelled. We definitely will be using them again!
Lucky7 is awesome! Padam Raghav is one of the most competent and thorough professional I've come across in any service industry. His attention to detail, clear communication, impeccable planning makes every airport pick-up and dropoff seamless. And all his vehicles are new, flawless and clean. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the bay area!
