My massage yesterday with Virginia was so much more then I had expected! She helped me feel so much better and educated me on what I can be doing at home to help relieve my muscle tension. Let’s not forget to mention the Muscle MX CBD Balm! This was the first time I have ever tried a CBD balm and it is amazing. It has helped calm and soothe my low back in ways that ibuprofen and Tylenol just couldn’t. I highly recommend this if you are suffering from muscle pain!
