I wanted to share some positive feedback about Austin. He recently went above and beyond to assist me when the bolts on my license plates broke off. Despite the frigid 17-degree weather, Austin kindly replaced the bolts and reattached my license plates. I was very impressed by his willingness to help and his positive attitude. He also took the time to inform me about some of the vehicles currently available at the shop. Austin seems like a hardworking and dedicated young man.
Fear I may have to engage legal on them at this point. Very unresponsive.
