Lawrence did a great and efficient job resolving my plumbing issues and getting my water heater replaced! Similarly, Natalie has done a great job communicating the dates and times of scheduled maintenance while I got numerous repairs done. The complex is pretty old and frequently requires maintenance due to leaks that pop up. The property management is abysmal. I have been without AC for over 2 weeks now during the hottest April I’ve ever experienced here in Richmond . Every time I go to ask why it hasn’t been fixed, there is a new excuse. Per the lease, AC is considered an emergency maintenance event, yet they are not treating it as such. Not to mention the fact that apparently countless other apartments are dealing with the same issues. The rent keeps getting higher and higher , idk what they adding on . But its ALWAYS something .
Have been waiting TWO MONTHS for a new dishwater and am constantly being ignored by the office. This is the norm for any problem you will have when living here (and trust me there will be plenty because they don’t maintain the building at all). But don’t worry they will still make sure to still charge you full rent despite making you live in sub par conditions.
