Unfortunately, I have to revise my review yet again. Now maintenance is documenting a work order was resolved- and it is not. My clogged bathroom sink and my smoke detector battery not working were marked as resolved and were not. I had to put in 3 work orders for the smoke detector. First they just put a new battery on my table, then they put the bad battery back in and I came home to beeping, finally they put no battery in at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I had 3-4 different negative experiences that were insanely stressful to deal with. 1. First off, when I was going to move in and was moving from DC, they called me two days before moving that my apartment was destroyed by the previous owner and they had to find me another apartment. This threw off my moving timeline, and I was homeless for two days since my apartment in DC was up, and my new lease with this company began. Little care provided for package room, packages are stolen within hours of being shipped. No urgency on maintenance requests, frequently closing maintenance requests before anything has even been done.
