Spent over $120 at the arcade. Waited OVER 30 mins for help at the prize. I went to the front 3x and they just kept telling me someone will be over there to help. Front desk was very unhelpful and had a lot of attitude. I will not be returning.
Everything is overpriced and the customer service was terrible. Half the time we couldn’t find the server we even had to hunt her down just to pay for our food when we were ready to go. We paid $72 for 2 people to bowl and all we got was a sampler which came out to $95 dollars! Worst rip off ever! 1 star service with “5” star prices! NEVER AGAIN! Don’t waste your money! FatCats or Top Golf would have been way better and worth the price!
So disappointed with the service here. First I called in and they recommended because of a Saturday night we reserve ahead of time, so we did. Then we get there and find out that we could have walked in and got unlimited bowling for $25.99, I asked if we could switch to that and told that we would have to pay for that and then email corporate and ask for a refund, but the refund was not guaranteed since we did it online and refunds are not allowed. One star quality with 5 star prices. We met with some family members and friends that said the prices were better than where would have originally gone but this was definitely not a get what you paid for kind of experience. Never again. I would drive an hour for better quality before ever come back to this bowling alley. Get new lanes and better service or Cut your prices in half and maybe I’ll change my review.
