So I saw a property on there site applied and also did a showing. I viewed the home and was told that I was approved and wait for an email with the next steps. I expressed that my credit history would probably be on the low side, and she stated if thats the case the owner will ask for a bigger deposit. Which i stated that i was ok with. Almost a week go by with no email and me contacting the office to speak to Mrs Amanda and no response.
