I had a disappointing experience here. Before starting, I showed the nail tech a photo of the design I wanted and specifically asked if they could do it. They said yes without any hesitation, so I trusted them. As the appointment went on, I could tell it wasn't turning out like the reference photo. The details were much simpler, the shape wasn't right, and the overall design looked quite different from what I asked for. Awful place to be
First time was so good but after that the service changed! Third time she insist that she has has been done the service which I never done! And my broken nail is because the service I choose! After all of this I dont like the service! I book with someone and I get the service from someone else! This is weak customer service!
