Awful place to be
First time was so good but after that the service changed! Third time she insist that she has has been done the service which I never done! And my broken nail is because the service I choose! After all of this I dont like the service! I book with someone and I get the service from someone else! This is weak customer service!
I am HIGHLY disappointed with both my nail and eyebrow service at this establishment. A technician completely ignored my insturctions for my eyebrows. They took off WAY too much hair and now my brows look COMPLETELY uneven. The same technician was incredibly reckless with my nails, they did NOT handle my cuticles with care IN THE SLIGHTESS. After the session my nails started bleeding perfusly and haven't stopped since. Save your money and go to another salon were safety and customer input is actually prioritized.
I have got my nails done thrice from here and have recommended at least five other people to go and get the nails done from this nail salon, but this one was the worst experience in terms of customer service… I was a little confused about which nails I should get done this time so it took me like two extra minutes to design my nails… however, the nail tech *Vicky* was so impatient that she asked me like 10 times to choose my nails fast.
