Very unprofessional leadership and poor communication. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend based on how things were handled.
First time taking my son to a barber and it was a wonderful experience. James was patient with my son and gave us just what we were looking for. We will be back!
Staff was friendly enough and I was too. “Tae” cut my hair and I was not loving how often her clippers were pulling my hair rather than cutting it. I have short hair already so all I needed was a shape up. The haircut is very uneven and I’m not happy with it at all especially for a $30 fifteen minute shape up. Should’ve stuck with my normal barber and I hope other people are receiving better quality haircuts from them.
