Very unprofessional!!! Didn't show up after 2 hours and we had a appointment and then the shop hung up on me when I asked for a manager.
The problem that I have with these people was that they told me when I walked into Walmart that they was doing back to school kids haircut for the kids and they was doing it from 10:00 to 1:00 on Sunday when I got there they decided to change the time on me when I got there at 12:27 and try to say they stopped at 12:30 when they don't even have nobody in there but I don't understand why you tell somebody something like you're trying to help kids but when we get there it wasn't 1:00 yet and it wasn't even 12:30 yet but yet th... read more
Booked an Appointment and the Barber never showed up. Very unprofessional, the brand of this barbershop has gone down hill drastically
Very unprofessional leadership and poor communication. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend based on how things were handled.
First time taking my son to a barber and it was a wonderful experience. James was patient with my son and gave us just what we were looking for. We will be back!
