Worth the read here folks... I booked Luxe on Jones through VRBO for my sister's bachelorette on November 14, 2020 for a two-night stay April 30, 2021 - May 2, 2021. VRBO sent my confirmation email on April 23, 2021. The check-in instructions hadn't been posted yet so on the way down, we called the phone number on the Luxe on Jones website which directed us to Rebeca with Lucky Savannah. This company is very callous and unprofessional. Due to difficulties with COVID-19 travel, a cancellation was made more then 60 days prior to the booking date. They have refused to refund 50% of the stay despite a very clearly written cancellation policy that provides a refund minus a 50 dollar fee. Travelers beware.
Never book with Lucky Savannah - unless you feel like just wasting money! I booked the Travelers Nook. Location was great - that was about it. Musty smell as you enter apartment, bunch of yard supplies piled up next to the entrance, back door to the patio was locked and barricaded, had to hold the toilet handle down 10 secs to flush properly, and Absolutely No Privacy - I could hear the people upstairs talking clear as day and every footstep resonated.
