Loi Thai and his colleague did an excellent job replacing my PRV. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they were honest and charged a very reasonable price. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbing companies giving outrageously high quotes, but this company is trustworthy and fair. It’s refreshing to find people with this level of integrity and work ethic. Highly recommended!

Loi was incredibly helpful. He helped us replace our water heater, install a new RO system, and add a water softener. He's extremely responsive, answering questions quickly. Not only is he professional and experienced, but he also found the most efficient and convenient way to install both systems.
