Loi was incredibly helpful. He helped us replace our water heater, install a new RO system, and add a water softener. He's extremely responsive, answering questions quickly. Not only is he professional and experienced, but he also found the most efficient and convenient way to install both systems. Couldn’t be Happier with Choosing Lucky Rooter. Tony is an honest guy who really gave us a fair price, he’s very professional as well as his son.
