Just called to reserve a unit. The lady was extremely rude with an attitude. Every sentence. Got annoyed with me saying that my phone was breaking up. Finally broke the camel’s back when she yelled at me and my wife for talking to each other over the phone while she was talking to a customer while keeping the phone with us on speaker. Considering I hate all storage units, Lucky pick storage is awesome find the manager Brenda hands down is the best manager I've ever dealt with when it comes to storage facilities
