I had to limp my UC into the shop on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Phanie, the shop manager, took me in. I had a call by Wednesday with an update and was kickstand up by Thursday morning with new clutch plates. She is a very thorough shop manager and will get your machine running correctly. She won't hit you over the head too hard with prices either. Go see her!
I bought a bike and had it delivered to the house. While testing it out through the neighborhood I had a minor problem and they came out within an hour to help me diagnose and correct the issue. Truly amazing team. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Even when it turns out the problem was 99 and 1/2% my fault. Service manager Fannie and tech Dwight are truly top notch
Phanie got my Harley Dyna in and out super quick! Was very friendly and kept me posted along the way. Service far exceeded my expectations!
