Don’t take your dog here. Ever. I’ve been here as my best friends girlfriend used to work here before she moved. The management doesn’t give a crap about the place or the animals, all employees went to work and either sat on their phone, sat at the front desk and ate, “played” with the dogs, and brought random people behind the desk and in the back. Hire trash workers and get trash work.
Does not properly take care of the dogs as advertised!!! very unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE!! My dog was neglected and came back with severe skin infections due to them not paying attention to him.

This is not a legitimate review. This is a friend of a client who is upset her dog had a rash after he returned home. These allegations are simply not true. This dog stayed with us for two weeks and did not have any visible skin irritations or flareups while he was at our facility. We have provided photos of the dog throughout his stay, including during his exit bath, in which no skin irritations are present. The only medication he was left with was some antifungal wipes. If you want your pet treated how they would be at home and just notified if any problems did occur, go to Suite Paws. Lucky Paws will never get my business again. They don’t even want to offer a refund, I could use that money to pay for all these treatments my dog needs due to no one noticing how bad his skin allergy has gotten. I understand things happen when dogs go into a new environment but he is severely infected because no one cared enough to let me know or do anything about it.
