Disappointed in the service I received. The technician Cindy was on the phone speaking in Vietnamese for my entire appointment. At one point she asked her husband for his phone and was literally on two phones. I felt the technician was distracted and my nails were not the priority. This isn’t the type of service I am accustomed to receiving and had higher expectations.

Dip nails fell off within 48 hours. Lost a total of 6 nails within a week. Very disappointing.

I booked with Lucky Nails before and the last time I booked, I got Covid so I needed to cancel my appointment. The next time I called was to bring my wedding party in to get nails done for my wedding, and every time I called, my call went straight to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails. Once I realized something seemed off, I called from my fiancés phone and it rang right through. So it's clear that they blocked my number after I had to cancel while sick.
