I had an appt for a pedicure with the owner on a Monday. I went there before my time, he had a sign on the door that said closed. I called two times with no answer! I left a message to call me back as I had an appt. No call back!! Finally, he said that he didn't receive my call & he was waiting. Really!?! I don't believe him. Why didn't he call the customer that he was closed. So unprofessional & frustrating!! Unfortunately with the owner, I will not come back. I did like Nat for pedicures as she does a great job.
Recently came down for an overlay fill reshape and a pedicure. 75$ without tip. Every time I come there isn't a wait and their hours are workable. I only use lacquer so I can repaint my nails when I feel like it at home and when I need a quick fix on my nails I can come in and get it done and they are geat overall.
Tim and Is Wife are awesome!
I always call ahead and they get me right in. Always a nice job! I love short ... and red ... :) Still my favorite place!
