I made an appointment for 5:30. When I arrived I was told she could not do my lashes because she had another appointment to do nails. WHAT. No phone call. no text, no respect for my time nor gas or me having to pay for toll. I was extremely upset because just as they confirm my appointment via their texting system 🙃 they could have called me to cancel my appointment. My time is valuable also.Â
