I had the manicure ever!!! So beautiful!! Never had my nails anywhere else done this good. Work is awesome. The man did cut my finger by accident but apologized. Very nice people. No racism and I'm half Mexican. I was treated very good and the young girl is really funny. Will be coming back:)
Some visits are better than others. This time I came in for a fill-in they had me sit in the chair at the Manicurist table then made me wait until they ate their food! Very rude and customer service is no more a priority!
I went in yesterday for a eyebrow and lip wax. I sign in and I wait 20 minutes. A guy asks me what I want, I tell him a wax. He says they don't do waxes. I was taken back. It's listed on the menu on the board and online. I was so mad I just got up and left.
I have been going here for awhile and have always had a good experience until today. I had polish covering my entire finger on both hands and when I asked if it could be removed I was told “it will rub off in a few days.” I don’t pay someone to do my nails and then have to come home and fix them myself. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
