i wish i could give this nail shop ZERO stars, the two older owners are horrible with customer service and constructive criticism when it comes to YOUR nails. if you’re used to good nail shaping and proper hand and nail and finger care don’t come here. they will burn your cuticles with the drill, literally watch your fingers bleed and not even say sorry or if you’re okay. charge you for longer nails and they end up not even being long at all cause they file them way too much. the woman owner argued with me because i said som... read more
Terrible place to go. They will ruin your nails and blame it on you . Tell you "your finger is crooked" yet every other place is wonderful . They messed up my nails so bad and they were bleeding I told them I would not pay for them! My fingers were so sore and they were so rude the whole time and ruff. Talking to each other in their language. Super racist against white and black people. They just treat you like you're a burden. I'll never go here again!! Also very dirty and unsanitary
I wish I could give no star’s, me and my sister in-law went and got our nails done there today. I have Polish on my hand and fingers and under my nails. My nails have there own shape and I would have liked to leave them that way and made that clear. Instead of listening to me she went ahead and rounded all of them out which I hate more than anything. RecommendedI absolutely love my pedicure. The technician that worked on my feet did a fantastic job.
People are racist and refer to African Americans has you people, treated a customer poorly stopped doing her nails and let another customer take her seat that came in after her! They do not like black people so please do not support their business!! Footage is public on my page
Don't waste your time. No customer service what's so ever. Especially if you're black.

It was Sunday and they didn't have alot of techs working that day so I got there at 1 and left at 2:45...but the pedicure was excellent and he took his time...I probably will go back.
how can you own a business and not open at your specified open time. I've also heard alot of my friends talk about how racist they are.
