Doesn’t value the business of Black patrons which makes me think there’s racial prejudice and preference here. The two women, the owner and her girlfriend, are nasty and rude. I was present when Lee, the owner, yelled at a customer over a miscommunication. She told her she didn’t need her business. The salon went silent. They never spoke to Black clients but always had a big smile or hug for white people who didn’t spend nearly as much money as I did. I’ve been done with this place. I’ve been a loyal customer at Lucky Nails for many years. I've recommended the salon to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and will no longer be returning. When I asked my nail technician to make a change, she completely dismissed my request. I spoke up several times, but she never apologized or attempted to fix the issue. Even though it was clear I was unhappy, she showed zero concern.
