It was my first time there and the manager named soa was so rude, the other ladies were nice who did my nails. She needs to be nice to the paying customers.

Terrible experience here. Told the nail tech I had $20 to get acrylics removed. She kept trying to push other services even though I said no. She said $20 was okay. She said she would do manicure and add clear polish, to my understanding I thought it would be for $20. She sneakily charged me for clear gel without being honest about it. She then charged me $45 when I told her all I had was $20. Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed. Manicure was mid.

I should have just read the reviews and avoided this place. My pedicure was great! My fill was the WORST manicure I've ever had. She barely filled them, she got shellac everywhere on my nail bed, and none of them are smooth and even. The very next day one of my nails chipped and when I went it to ask it to be fixed she asked if I hit something....no, it is a subpar quality manicure. I should have known to just wait to go to my regular nail girl. She actually knows what she's doing.
