I called and they said they were available in 15 minutes, I got there and waited 40 minutes for them to start with my pedicure. Paid $46 for a regular pedicure with regular nail polish. The nail polish started chipping the next day! Bad service and bad customer service! Don’t waste your time there, take your business somewhere else.

I was just there and they were very nice! I had to leave to pick up my son and they let me come back later to finish my nails. Super nice of them and I loved my nails, I’m very simple though. The owner is super welcoming!
Vanessa is rude and don't know how to communicate..she ask me did I have cash when they got done with my nails and feet. I said no. She told me her credit card machine was not working. I told her I only have a card she took it and was mad because she wanted cash. , and then she over charge me for my service.
I’m a bit disappointed. I recently moved to Bay Point from the Pinole area, and although I usually drive back to Pinole to get my nails done, I had a last-minute event and decided to try this nail salon yesterday. First, I want to address the customer service it felt very dry and unwelcoming. I didn’t get a friendly vibe at all.
