Really disappointed with my experience at Lucky Nails. I came in with super long, thick natural nails that I had spent a long time growing out. The nail tech filed them down so much that they became literally paper thin, and one was filed so thin that there was a hole in my nail. Always enjoy the pedicure!
I've been going here for years! The location is most convenient for me but more important is that they do the best work on my nails consistently. I have tried other places but I genuinely love their work the most. The environment is quiet, I can just sit down and enjoy the process. The technicians are always kind and open to any ideas I have. I can not stress enough…do not come here. First I was met with a very unfriendly man who clearly didn’t want anyone interrupting his candy crush time. Then they took forever for a simple pedicure. When it came to my nails this is the SECOND time my nails have been done poorly. Everytime I asked for something to be redone or changed I received a sigh and some eye rolls. Definitely not a place I will be giving my business.
As a Latina visiting from far away, I absolutely loved this place! From the moment I called, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, the service was excellent. The salon is huge, very clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere.
