Emily and other staff is amazing. She is very detailed and precise with her work. She is really good at designs also she’s so kind and sweet and understanding when moms have to bring the kids. I am new here but I’ve been twice now and will continue to keep coming to lucky nails. Came in to get powder dip done on my nails, and the nail tech immediately started cutting my nails without asking me if they were natural or fake. I thought she was just trimming the tip, and before I knew it she cut off most of my nail. She then realized her mistake and began to panic. She cut off my natural nail, leaving me with one nail that was extremely short and the others all long.
