Everyone here is warm and welcoming! I am greeted by several of the owners by my first name. 'Hello my friend! How are you today Bonnie?' Green tea or water is offered, then it's on to pampering and relaxing. I think that Lucky Nails is the very best nail salon I've ever gone to. I have been to many and nowhere else have I been made to feel so special and cared for. Going there is more like visiting good friends than visiting a business. Lots of laughs, wonderful people & beautiful nails! I LOVE Lucky Nails!!

When something new moves to town, I love to try it out. I needed a fill so I thought I'd stop by on the way to the Laundromat. The place is bright and very clean although I could have done without the incense. They didn't have prices posted but the cost for my fill was average price. Ken did my nails and he was great. I only got them done about an hour ago so we'll see how they hold up. I don't know if the woman @ the counter was the owner or not but she was very friendly and helpful. I was making an attempt to try a new nail Solon that Is closer to my area as i live inTolland and Sourh Windsor is a bit out of my way sometimes! The lady Anna that did my nails was a sweetheart but the manager\owner is very rude! Awful experience I had! I will never ever go to this salon for services again. I will stick with my Nail Salon and have a relaxing none stressful experience.
