The lady who did my nails just seemed agitated with me the entire time & didn't speak a single word of English. She first cut my toe & made it bleed. Then cut my cuticle & made it bleed as well! My nails were a MESS & started peeling 3 days later (I got gel nails). I'll never go back.

Its a hit or miss place. Yes its clean but some of the ladies there seem like your bothering them when they have to work on you. I won't be returning.

I've been coming here for over 1 year. It is clean, with every client getting sterilized instruments. Some of the women are better than others, so I try to make an appointment with my favorite. My biggest complaint is that some speak very little English and there is a lot of talking amongst them in Vietnamese. It's rude & I think they need to make an effort to learn English when living & working in the USA. My nails look horrible. I would never go back there ! The wait is horrible, the work is pathetic. The price I paid to get this type of work is upsetting. My French tips arent straight and when I said how I wanted my eye brows the women looked at me with disgust and said no!
