Edit: I’ve gone back a couple times and they have redeemed themselves. They are precise and do a very good job and making sure the nails are to my liking. The nails last long and look decent! Customer service wasn’t the greatest. I told the guy I wanted stiletto nails very clearly, he suggested almond and I gave in for almond. When applying the acrylic, the guy used a the thinnest layer of acrylic and I told him repeatedly that it was too thin it could break. I can't say enough good things about Lucky nails . Kim is amazing at nail designs and pedicures and Henry is great at manicures and pedicures and Jason does a great job at everything too . They always fit me in and take care of all my nail needs . I love coming here.
I drive all the way from chicopee to see Kim because she does such phenomenal work on my nails.
Amazing ppl, they do a great job been going for years now. They truly care and are genuinely good ppl.
