Son unos estafadores ,mande hacer una anillo en oro 14 y me entregaron uno en oro 10 y marcaron el anillo por dentro con 14 k ,le regresé el anillo una vez me di cuenta del engaño y luego me volvieron a dar otro ni 10 k ni 14 k era una mezcla rara de metales . Volví a donde ellos y ni anillo ni dinero . Aún sigo cogiendo lucha con eso malditos ladrones . Ojo y eso que yo era clienta imagínate el que no se cliente fijo .

This place is an opportunist. I dropped off a ring of mine which needed to be enlarged. I asked for a 9.5 and I ended up getting a 9.25. Original price was $65 but they ended up taking $70 (My gf went yo pick up the ring.) I will never go here nor will I suggest anyone to go here. This place only cares about taking your money with absolutely no quality work. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Put a ring on layaway. Yes I travel so my ticket was past the date however. When I put the ring on layaway it was priced at 340. Don't you know because the price of gold went up they put a extra 300 dollars on price and told me that was the new price. Foh that is illegal. Price gouging. And they was very nasty about it. So I'm gonna let it be known how they treat ppl especially us melinated ppl of this land. I give them a whole zero.....on customer service and price gouging!!
