What a great experience I found exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was awesome I will definitely be back again went back 4 yrs later my fiancée chain snapped fixed it for pretty much nothing this place takes care of there customers
Do not make promises if you can't keep them! Lucky Jewelry/Chi Huong has no reputation in business. On my receipt, I bought a diamond that was valued at $15,000 and was promised by Chi Huong that I would only lose 10% when selling it back in the future. Despite being written on the receipt I approved, she informed me that I would lose 25% instead of 10% when I tried to sell the diamond. I won't come back to this Luck Jewelry store anymore because I no longer trust them.
Horrible costumer service and when answering the phone extremely unprofessional. Do not use there service
