Outdated style. Disrespectful and hostile when you ask them to change anything. Whoever is responding to these messages is no one at the shop these responses don’t seem to coincide with what’s happening in the shop. Rude, aggressive and the customer doesn’t come first.

I came in trying to get a situation settled I had to end up calling the cops because they refused to this lady tried to hit me the nails are sloppy they get an attitude about everything . If you are not wanting to better your skill or be lazy stop charging 100 dollars for sets because that’s ridiculous LIES ARE BEING TOLD AND I HAVE THE THE CALL RECORDS FROM MY PHONE TO THE COPS 😂 please don’t disrespect me and my intelligence. I’ve been going to Lucky girl nails with mom since I was 14 years old (I’m 30 now🙈). I truly couldn’t be happier the service that each person gives! They’re kind, hardworking and will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. I always get my nails done by Amy and my mom goes to Jenny. They are both so creative and do an incredible job!!
