Lucky if you get your jewelry back. This should really be a zero-star review. I am unaware why this place Luckys is allowed to stay in business when Niles police know he is committing robbery. The owner of the jewelry store takes your jewelry for repair and then claims to have lost it when you arrive to retrieve your jewelry. He then becomes verbally abusive swearing at the customer. I had to go back three times to retrieve my property with the police. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state's attorney to get this... read more
