I used to come here a lot and the service was great. Today, I I called ahead to book an appointment which was confirmed on the phone. When I arrived, they said nothing was available until later. No masseuses were even in the building. I drive out of my way to this place so this was extremely disappointing.
Poor foot massage and extremely terrible tipping experience. Used to go every 2 months, will no longer be going here anymore.
Extremely clean environment and extremely professional service! Very satisfied!
The therapists are hit or miss. No one on premises could communicate in English or even signing and trying to explain where muscles were sore. They called someone finally who could explain to the therapist. I would recommend driving a little further north on DeAnza to happy feet massage for more consistent quality and knowledgeable masseurs. Who can actually help give overworked muscles relief.
