I called Lucky Fix because my front loader was leaking huge amounts of water. When Matt came out in the afternoon we couldn't reproduce the leak, but it started again as soon as he left. He came back at 6:30pm and spent another two hours with the washer. I appreciated his willingness to make an evening call and stick with it until he figured out what was causing the seemingly intermittent issue. I'd definitely recommend him for his quality of service, politeness, and professionalism.

Excellent customer service! Reasonably priced. Had work done for my elderly mother who was undecided and fickle about what she wanted done, but Matthew was gentle and patient. Offered suggestions, but let her make up her own mind. Work was done within timeframe promised. Highly recommend!

I recently used Lucky Fix to take care of several repair issues in my home. In addition to effectively doing what was needed at reasonable price, they were courteous and respectful. I also found that I could trust them in my home. I will use them again when the need arises.

This is an top notch, customer satisfaction focused company. Workmanship and professionalism a priority as they pay meticulous attention to detail, timeliness and communication and honesty. Cleaned up after completing the job and checked back to make sure everything was okay and working properly. Highly recommend with no reservations.
