One of my favorites in Washington state Lucky Eagle is larger and nicer than some of the casinos due north of its location. It appears to have a half way decent payout, but one of the real benefits is that there is a separate section for those who want to play machines away from smoke. The video poker selection is not that great or utilized much; however, you'll often have to compete for seats at the penny section.
